Reporting a problem

To help us fix it quickly, please include:

  • what you were doing (for example: loading a recitation, exporting a 9:16 video);
  • the surah and ayahs, and the reciter if you used an online recitation;
  • the exact message shown, and your browser and device.

Please don’t send recitation files or personal information unless we ask for them.

A possible error in the Quran text or a translation

Tell us the surah and ayah number and what you see. The text is taken unchanged from the sources listed on the sources page, and every export is checked against that source, so we will compare your report with the source directly.

Recitations

Online recitations are provided by Quran Foundation. For questions about a specific recording or reciter, Quran Foundation is the right contact; problems with loading or timing in Quran MP4 are ours to fix.
