Quran Video Maker
Turn any passage of the Quran and a recitation into a clean, readable video — online, free and without an account.
Quran MP4 is a Quran video maker that runs in your browser. You choose the surah and ayahs, add a recitation, check that each ayah appears while it is recited, choose how the video looks and export an MP4. The finished file is yours to upload wherever you like.
What makes a good Quran video
A Quran video is read, not just watched. The things that matter most are simple, and the tool is built around them:
- Correct text. The Arabic comes from a verified Uthmani dataset and is checked again at export. It can’t be edited, so a typo can’t slip in.
- Ayahs on time. Each ayah should appear when it is recited and stay until it ends. Online recitations often include the provider’s own timestamps; otherwise Auto Sync or Tap to Sync get you there quickly.
- Readable layout. Large text, enough contrast, room around the words, and a background that supports the recitation instead of competing with it.
- Calm movement. Gentle fades and slides between ayahs. Optional word-by-word reveal and highlighting of the recited word when the recitation has word timings.
What you can make
- Short reels of one or a few ayahs for TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts.
- Longer recitation videos of a whole short surah in 16:9 for YouTube.
- Square or portrait posts for an Instagram feed.
- Videos with an English or French translation under (or above) each ayah.
Formats
Every project can be exported in any of these sizes, and you can switch at any time:
- 9:16 — 1080×1920 (Shorts · TikTok · Reels)
- 4:5 — 1080×1350 (Instagram feed)
- 1:1 — 1080×1080 (Square)
- 16:9 — 1920×1080 (YouTube)
Videos can be up to 10 minutes long. That is a technical limit of the shared render server, not a paid tier.
Recitation and timing
In the Audio tab, Online Recitations lists the reciters Quran Foundation has for the surah you selected. Quran MP4 downloads the recitation on the server and, when the provider has timestamps for your ayahs, cuts it to exactly those ayahs and sets the timing for you. You can also upload your own MP3, WAV or M4A file. In both cases the waveform shows where the pauses are, and every ayah boundary can be moved by hand.

Styling
Start from one of the templates (Minimal Dark, Makkah, Madinah, Night Sky, Luxury Gold, Nature, Mosque, Ramadan, Jumu’ah or Kids Quran) and adjust anything: background, Quran font (Amiri Quran, Scheherazade New, Noto Naskh Arabic, Noto Sans Arabic), size, colour, glow, text box, translation font and position, animation and progress bar. The preview uses the same drawing code as the export, so what you see is what you get.
