TikTok is vertical, fast and covered by interface elements. A Quran video there works best when it is simple, centred and well timed.
Format and safe zone
Choose the TikTok preset (9:16, 1080×1920) and turn on the safe-zone guides. TikTok’s caption, sound label and buttons take the bottom and the right edge; keep your ayahs and translation inside the clear area.
Timing matters more than effects
Viewers decide in the first seconds. Make sure the first ayah appears exactly when the recitation starts: trim leading silence in the Audio tab and check the first boundary on the waveform. Provider timestamps from an online recitation usually make this right from the start.
A calm style
- Pick a template such as Minimal Dark or Night Sky, then adjust colours if you like.
- Use a gentle animation (Fade or Fade Up) rather than large movements.
- “Typewriter” reveals words one by one — whole words only, so the Arabic letters stay joined.
